The show was outstanding unfortunately the 2 seats I had

I bought two tickets with seats on the main floor Section 103 row H seat 12 and 13 for what I paid for the tickets the chairs we was seating in I had no idea that it would be these chairs both myself and my guest suffer from sciatic nerve pain and lower back pain. We tried to enjoy the show as much as possible but the pain gotten so bad for both of us so we had to leave in pain. When I got to the Venue I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to connect to my cell phone so I didn't have the code for them to scan I did have my paperwork showing I paid for the tickets which cost me over $250. I had to go to the ticket counter and pay addition $6 to get them to print off tickets I had already paid for. This seem so unfair this was our first time at the Venue and it left me with a bad feeling. I am not sure if I will return and if I do it seem the cheater seats are the most comfortable ones especially if you have back and leg problems.
